This is a technical management position to lead the Verification & Validation team in a major D&B
Transit contract, and to eventually perform and support other Systems Engineering activities for other rail and transit projects and proposals in the US.
This position will integrate into the SENER Systems Engineering team.
The specific responsibilities for the candidate’s first assignment, for a major D&B Transit Contract include, but are not limited to, leading, managing, coordinating, monitoring, supervising, reviewing and producing submittals and activities for:

Job Description:

Develop and administer functional tests for various rail and transit systems, with a focus on
Stations and Mainteinance Facilities MEP. Support to other areas such as communication systems, radio, ATC, track, fire alarm and control systems, HVAC, Electrical distribution, OCS, etc. might be required.
Development/oversight of equipment pre-start-up and start-up procedures; Development of operating plans and procedures; Comprehensive Commissioning documentation
Prepare commissioning test procedures and reports; Develop and maintain commissioning logs, equipment checklist, and other tools to track commissioning projects; Write comprehensive reports which include the following sections: recommendations for optimizing operations, functional checklists, list of deficiencies, equipment operation, and maintenance manuals.
